岗位职责:
1、负责免疫细胞、脐带及干细胞存储业务,根据公司年度经营计划,制定销售策略、建立市场及销售团队,对销售指标负责,完成公司经营目标;
2、负责跟进维护及开拓合作医院、医疗机构、保险等渠道;
3、建立有效的营销模式,完善代理商管理体系,跟进代理商业务开展;
4、细胞存储业务的产品流程梳理,市场化流程体系建立;
5、销售团队管理及培养。


Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the business of immune cell, umbilical cord, and stem cell storage. Develop sales strategies, build marketing and sales teams based on the company's annual business plan, be accountable for sales targets, and achieve the company's business objectives.
2. Follow up on and maintain existing partnerships with hospitals, medical institutions, and insurance companies, as well as explore new channels for cooperation.
3. Establish effective marketing models, improve the management system for agents, and follow up on the business development of agents.
4. Streamline the product processes for cell storage services and establish a market-oriented process system.
5. Manage and train the sales team.


任职资格:
1、生物技术、医学、药学、护理、临床专业优先;
2、5年以上销售工作经验,细胞免疫治疗/肿瘤相关药物销售、免疫细胞/脐带及干细胞存储2年以上工作经验;
3、丰富的团队管理经验,对细胞存储、脐带存储市场有深刻认识和理解;
4、有丰富医院及代理商资源;
5、优秀的沟通表达能力、清晰的目标感、高效的执行力及较好的风险意识;
6、具备良好的谈判、沟通、演讲能力。

Qualifications:
1. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or clinical practice.
2. More than 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in the sales of cell immunotherapy/tumor-related drugs or immune cell/umbilical cord and stem cell storage services.
3. Rich experience in team management, with a deep understanding of the markets for cell and umbilical cord storage.
4. Extensive resources in hospitals and among agents.
5. Excellent communication skills, clear sense of goals, efficient execution ability, and good risk awareness.
6. Strong negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills.
