岗位职责:
1、根据公司战略配合部门领导完成销售指标;
2、负责免疫细胞、脐带及干细胞存储业务渠道及客户的开发、维护;
3、负责销售合同的签订及回款;
4、参与公司组织各种推广活动及学术会议;
5、负责市场信息的反馈;
6、配合直接上级完成其他相关工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company’s strategy and under the guidance of department leaders.
2. Be responsible for developing and maintaining channels and clients in the business of immune cell, umbilical cord, and stem cell storage.
3. Be responsible for signing sales contracts and ensuring timely payments.
4. Participate in various promotional activities and academic conferences organized by the company.
5. Be responsible for providing feedback on market information.
6. Assist the direct supervisor in completing other relevant tasks.
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历,生物、医学、健康等相关专业优先;
2、具有3年以上的健康产业、医疗行业销售经验优先。
3、思维敏捷,具有较强计划、控制、执行能力,做事严谨、负责,勤奋刻苦。
4、良好的个人品行和职业道德,优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神,充满激情,很强的事业心。
5、形象佳,气质好,注意礼节。
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above, with preference given to those with majors in biology, medicine, health, or related fields.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with more than 3 years of sales experience in the health or medical industry.
3. Quick thinking, strong planning, control, and execution abilities, meticulous and responsible in work, hardworking and diligent.
4. Good personal character and professional ethics, excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate, and highly motivated in career development.
5. Good appearance and temperament, with attention to etiquette.
