岗位职责：
1、负责细胞研发部门日常管理工作，组织研发、技术人员，对NK、MSC、PBMC等细胞的分离、扩增培养、冻存、复苏、包装等工艺进行研究，并进行制备，满足应用及研发需求。
2、负责细胞制备所需样本的接收和检查以及细胞库的管理。
3、起草和核对与细胞生产制备、质量体系相关的文件记录，按照技术要求和质量要求实施。
4、负责细胞制备数据和结果的整理、汇总、统计和分析。
5、与专家顾问进行交流，负责细胞制备工艺的改进、实施、验证。
6、负责与公司相关部门沟通配合，处置细胞制备过程中的突发事件。
7、负责本部门所需仪器设备、试剂和耗材的选型、申购与申领。
8、负责细胞制备洁净室的清洁卫生。
9、负责细胞制备过程中所用仪器设备的安装调试、验证、清洁、日常检查、维护保养和故障报修。
10、完成公司领导交给的其他任务。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily management of the cell R&D department, organize R&D and technical personnel to conduct research on the separation, expansion culture, cryopreservation, thawing, and packaging processes of cells such as NK, MSC, and PBMC, and carry out preparation to meet the needs of application and R&D.
2. Be responsible for the receipt and inspection of samples required for cell preparation, as well as the management of the cell bank.
3. Draft and review documents and records related to cell production and quality systems, and implement them in accordance with technical and quality requirements.
4. Be responsible for the organization, summarization, statistics, and analysis of cell preparation data and results.
5. Communicate with expert consultants, and be responsible for the improvement, implementation, and validation of cell preparation processes.
6. Be responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments within the company to handle emergencies during the cell preparation process.
7. Be responsible for the selection, purchase application, and requisition of instruments, reagents, and consumables required by the department.
8. Be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the cell preparation clean room.
9. Be responsible for the installation, commissioning, validation, cleaning, daily inspection, maintenance, and repair reporting of instruments and equipment used in the cell preparation process.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.
任职要求：
1、5年以上相关工作经验，熟练操作细胞分离、培养、冻存等业务；
2、具有免疫学、分子生物学、生物化学等相关专业背景，本科以上学历；
3、具有GMP管理经验者优先；
4、具有较好的沟通能力和抗压能力；
5、有上进心，工作积极主动，愿意不断学习与企业共同发展。
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, proficient in cell separation, culture, cryopreservation, and other operations.
2. Have a background in immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above.
3. Preference will be given to those with GMP management experience.
4. Have good communication skills and the ability to handle pressure.
5. Be ambitious, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and grow with the company.
